The core line connects the feet to the skull, and the skull to the feet. It provides the structure and foundation for full body breathing and is highly impacted by clenching, holding or utilizing excessive tension. When we have access to our depth of core we feel light and tall, as if we have an effortless spring in out step. When we don't, most poses feel downright labourious.
This training will take you more deeply into the core. We'll explore common misconceptions and myths of buiding core stability, discuss exercises which are questionable, and practice techniques that will bring that sense of freedom you are looking for.
